S.R.O. No. 99/2019— In accordance with Cl. No. 6 and 7(a) of Resolution No.

292/LESI., dated the 11th January, 2018, the State Government in Labour & E.S.I.

Department have been pleased to enhance the assistance under Nirman Shramik Pension

Yojana (NSPY) extended to the eligible beneficiaries under the Odisha Building and Other

Construction Workers Welfare Board mentioned below with effect from February 2019 as

in case of Madhu Babu Pension Yojana (MBPY).
