NOTIFICATION

The 7th March, 2019

S.R.O. No.100/2019— In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (a) of sub-

section (5) read with sub-section (8) of Section 3 of Odisha Development Authorities Act,

1982 (Orissa Act of 14 of 1982) the State Government do hereby appoint Sri Ananta

Narayan Jena as the Chairman of Bhubaneswar Development Authority with effect from

the date of his assumption of Office until further Orders.

All other Notification issued earlier in this respect are here by superseded.
