S.R.O. No.117/2019— In exercise of the powers conferred under section 33 of the

Orissa Survey and Settlement Act, 1958 (Odisha Act 3 of 1959) ,the State Government do

hereby delegate powers of the Board of Revenue under -sections 6-D, 15 and 25 of

Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1958 in favour of Shri Ashok Kumar Nayak, OAS (SS),

Commissioner, Consolidation, Bhubaneswar with effect from the date he assumed the

charge as such.
