No.6345–HUD-PROJ-SCH-0002/2016/HUD.— In partial modification to this

Department Notification No. 7839/HUD., dated 26.03.2016, Government have been pleased

to notify that the appointment of Vice Chairman, Bhubaneswar Development Authority

(BDA) as Managing Director of Bhubaneswar Smart City Limited (BSCL) is dispensed

herewith until further orders. However, he/she shall remain as a Director in the Board of

Directors of BSCL as per this Department Notification No. 4741/HUD., dated the 23rd

February, 2016.

2. This notification shall come into force from the date of issue.
