NOTIFICATION

The 25th March, 2019

S.R.O. No.109/2019— State Government do hereby extend the tenure of the

Presiding Officers of the courts mentioned in column (2) of the schedule below as Land

Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority under sub-section (1) of Section 52

read with sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Right to Fair Compensation and

Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 till 31st

August, 2019 in respect of the jurisdiction mentioned in column (3) after obtaining the

consent of the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Orissa High Court communicated in letter No.

3223, dated the 7th March, 2019 of Special Officer (Admn.), Orissa High Court.
