NOTIFICATION

The 26th March, 2019

S.R.O. No.112/2019— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

Section 3 of the Odisha State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act,

2000 (Odisha Act, 7 of 2000), the State Government do hereby appoint Shri Bishnupada

Sethi, IAS, Commissioner of Commercial Taxes & Goods and Services Tax, Odisha to be

the Commissioner of Profession Tax, Odisha with effect from the date he assumes charge

as such and he shall exercise such powers and discharge such functions as are or may be

conferred or imposed by or under the provisions of the said Act.
