The 27th March, 2019.

No.1925 /L.A.– Shri Duryodhan Majhi, M.L.A. an elected Member of the Odisha Legislative

Assembly from 72- Khariar Assembly Constituency, has resigned his seat in the Odisha

Legislative Assembly and his resignation has been accepted by the Hon’ble Speaker with

effect from the 22nd March, 2019 (A.N.). The said seat has therefore become vacant in

accordance with Article 190(3)(b) of the Constitution of India.
