NOTIFICATION

The 28th March, 2019

S.R.O. No.128/2019— Ms. Madhumita Mohanty, at present Senior Civil Judge,

Bhubaneswar whose services have been placed at the disposal of Labour & ESI

Department by Law Department vide Notification No.3219., dated the 19th March, 2019, is

hereby appointed as Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Bhubaneswar against the existing

vacancy with effect from the date she actually takes over the charges.

The Period of deputation of Ms. Madhumita Mohanty shall not ordinarily exceed

three years from the date of her joining in the said post.

Further in exercise of the Power conferred by sub-section (2) of Section -7(A) of ID

Act. 1947(14 of 1947), Ms. Madhumita Mohanty is hereby authorized to act as Presiding

Officer, Labour Court, Bhubaneswar in supersession of this Department Notification No.

8754, dated the 14th November, 2017.

This notification will take effect from the date Ms. Madhumita Mohanty joins as

Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Bhubaneswar.
