No.1967/L.A– Shri Jacob Pradhan, M.L.A. an elected Member of the Odisha Legislative

Assembly from 83- G. Udayagiri (ST) Assembly Constituency, has resigned his seat in the

Odisha Legislative Assembly and his resignation has been accepted by the Hon’ble

Speaker with effect from the 28th March, 2019 (A.N.). The said seat has therefore become

vacant in accordance with Article 190(3)(b) of the Constitution of India.
