No.10931–FIN-OFS2-CADRE-0024/2018/F.— The following OFS (Superior

Administrative Grade) Officers are hereby promoted to OFS (Special Secretary Grade) in

the scale of Pay of Rs 135100/- to 216800/ in the Level-17 in pay Matrix under ORSP

Rules, 2017 on ad hoc basis for a period not exceeding one year or till their retirement or

till their promotion is made regular in consultation with Odisha Public Service Commission,

Cuttack whichever is earlier.

On such promotion to OFS (Special Secretary Grade), they are posted against the
