NOTIFICATION

The 30th March, 2019

No.868/C.— In continuation of this Department Notification No 719/C., dated the

19th March, 2019 and in pursuance of powers conferred by Section-21 of Cr.P.C.1973

(Act.2 of 1974), the State Government do hereby appoint the following 2 (Two)

Officers as Special Executive Magistrate in the District of Sundargarh for smooth conduct

of Simultaneous General Election, 2019 in Sundargarh District area till completion of the

Simultaneous General Election, 2019 in Sundargarh District.

1. Shri Sambit Dash, ORS

Executive Officer, Biramitrapur Municipality.

2. Shri Jagdish Ch. Mohananda, ORS

Executive Officer, Sundargarh Municipality
