ADDENDUM

No.7520–SME-MISC-MISC2-0005/2019/SME.— As per Para.3.2 of Mid-Day Meal

scheme, 2006 of Government of India, State Govt. in School & Mass Education

Department has constituted State Level Steering-cum-Monitoring Committee for smooth

implementation of MDM. programme in the State vide Notification No.96/SME., dated the

3rd January, 2017. Now Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of School

Education and Literacy, Govt. of India, New Delhi has requested vide their Letter No.12-

1/2017-MDM., dated the 7th February, 2019 for inclusion of one Special Rapporteur of

Odisha Human Rights Commission as member of the above Committee. After careful

consideration, Govt. have been pleased to add one Special Rapporteur of Odisha Human

Rights Commission as one member of State Level Steering-cum-Monitoring Committee at

Sl. No.23 of this Department Notification No.96/SME., dated the 3rd January, 2017.
