section 25 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 (Central Act XXVI of 1881), the

Government of Odisha have been pleased to declare that the Banks and other Banking

Institutions etc. in Odisha will remain closed on the day of polling in the respective

Parliamentary Constituencies mentioned below and the Assembly Segments coming

within those Parliamentary Constituencies in order to enable their employees to exercise

their franchise.
