The 9th April, 2019

No.1009/C.— In continuation of this Department Notification No. 629/C., dated the

14th March, 2019 and in pursuance of powers conferred by Section-21 of Cr.P.C.1973

(Act.2 of 1974), the State Government do hereby appoint 12 (Twelve) Officers as per the

list annexed as Special Executive Magistrate in the District of Sambalpur for smooth

conduct of Simultaneous General Election, 2019 in Sambalpur District area till completion

of the Simultaneous General Election, 2019 in Sambalpur District.
