NOTIFICATION

The 12th April, 2019

No. 1055/C.— In continuation of this Department Notification No 969/C., dated

the 8th April, 2019 and in pursuance of powers conferred by Section-21 of Cr.P.C.1973

(Act.2 of 1974), the State Government do hereby appoint 12 (Twelve) Officers as per the

list annexed as Special Executive Magistrate in the District of Kandhamal for smooth

conduct of Simultaneous General Election, 2019 in Kandhamal District area till completion

of the Simultaneous General Election, 2019 in Kandhamal District.
