The 17th April, 2019

No. 1097/C.— In continuation of this Department Notification No 613/C., dated

the 13th March, 2019 and in pursuance of powers conferred by Section-21 of

Cr.P.C.1973 (Act.2 of 1974), the State Government do hereby appoint 7 (Seven) Officers

as per the list annexed as Special Executive Magistrate in the District of Jharsuguda for

smooth conduct of Simultaneous General Elections, 2019 in Jharsuguda District area till

completion of the Simultaneous General Elections, 2019 in Jharsuguda District.
