ORDER

The 26th April, 2019

No. 1164/C.— In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-section (3) of Section 3 of

the National Security Act, 1980 (65 of 1980) read with Sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the

said Act and in partial modification of Government of Odisha, Home (Special Section)

Department, Order No.239/C., dated the 31st January, 2019, the State Government do

hereby direct that the Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar-Cuttack, Bhubaneswar shall

continue to exercise the powers under sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the National Security

Act, 1980 within his jurisdiction for a further period of three months beyond the 30th April,

2019.
