OFFICE ORDER

The 29th April, 2019

No. 16920–FIN-CT2-ESTT-0020/2017/F.— In Pursuance of clause (b) read with

clauses (c) and (e) of sub-section (1) of Section 4 of Odisha Value Added Tax Act, 2004

(Odisha Act 4 of 2005) and Home Department Letter No. 15811/HS., dated the 8th April,

2019 and in supersession of the Notification of Government in Finance Department No.

25091/F., dated the 28th August, 2017, the State Government do hereby appoint

Shri Subrat Mohanty, 2nd Judicial Member, Odisha Sales Tax Tribunal, Cuttack as the

1st Judicial Member, Odisha Sales Tax Tribunal, Cuttack.

The period of deputation of Shri Subrat Mohanty, shall not ordinarily exceed three

year from the date he joins the post.

This will take effect from the date Shri Subrat Mohanty assumes the charge as

such.
