No. 16927–FIN-CT2-ESTT-0020/2017/F.— In Pursuance of clause (b) read with

clauses (c) and (e) of sub-section (1) of Section 4 of Odisha Value Added Tax Act, 2004

(Odisha Act 4 of 2005) and Home Department Notification No. 16991/HS., dated the 17th

April, 2019 the State Government do hereby appoint Smt. Sweta Mishra, a member of

OSJS as the 2nd Judicial Member of Odisha Sales Tax Tribunal, Cuttack consequent

upon the appointment of Shri Subrat Mohanty as the 1st Judicial Member of Odisha Sales

Tax Tribunal, Cuttack.

The period of deputation of Smt. Sweta Mishra, shall not ordinarily exceed three

year from the date he joins the post.

This will take effect from the date Smt. Sweta Mishra assumes the charge as such.
