No. 2712–LL-II-FE-41/2011/LESI.— Shri Satya Narayan Sethi, Deputy Director of

Factories and Boilers, Rourkela Division is hereby deputed to the Headquarters of

Directorate of Factories and Boilers, Odisha, Bhubaneswar and kept in-charge of the

Director of Factories and Boilers, Odisha, Bhubaneswar until further orders. Shri S.N.

Sethi will discharge all statutory powers of Director of Factories and Boilers, Odisha.

Shri Abanikanta Naik, Deputy Director of Factories and Boilers, Angul Division is

hereby assigned additional charge of Deputy Director of Factories and Boilers, Rourkela

Division in addition to his own duties until further orders.

Dr. Malay Kumar Pradhan, Deputy Director of F & B, (Safety) is hereby deputed to

OSDMA to look after the State Disaster Management Cell relating to the Chemical

Industrial accidents.

This will come into force with immediate effect.
