NOTIFICATION

The 13th May, 2019

S.R.O. No.191/2019— In exercise of powers conferred under Clause ( h) of

Section- 2 of the Odisha Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation of

Land Act,1972 read with Section 50 of the said Act and in addition to delegation of powers

made earlier by different notifications to various officers, the State Government do hereby

delegate the powers of the Commissioner, Consolidation under the Act and Rules made

thereunder in respect of officers mentioned in column 2 of the table below.
