NOTIFICATION

The 15th May, 2019

No. 3239–TRN-LC-MISC-0034/2019/T. — Whereas, the recent cyclone “FANI” has

caused extensive damages in the Districts of Puri, Khurda, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur and

Kendrapara.

And, whereas, essential services like power supply, tele-communications and

internet connectivity are yet to be restored in the aforesaid Districts;

And, whereas, the Bus Owners have represented for extension of due date of

payment of tax (including grace period of fifteen days) for the month of May,2019 for

another sixteen days i.e. till 31st May,2019;

Now, after careful consideration of the representation of the Bus Owners,

Government have been pleased to extend the date of payment of tax to 31st May,2019 for

the Districts of Puri, Khurda, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur and Kendrapara until further orders.
