No.3859–OLA-II-01/2019/PAD.— The following order made by Governor of Odisha

dated the 20th May, 2019 is published for general information.

"In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Clause (2) (b) of Article-

174 of the Constitution of India, I hereby order that the Odisha Legislative

Assembly constituted vide Notification No.308/OR-LA/2014, dated the 18th

May, 2014 of Election Commission of India, shall stand dissolved with effect

from the date a newly elected legislature is constituted by the Election

Commission of India."
