No.4086–CAB-09/2019/PAD.— In pursuance of rule-5 of the Odisha Government
Rules of Business framed under Clause 3 of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, and
consequent to the advice of the Chief Minister, Odisha, Hon'ble Governor of Odisha vide
his Order No.554/GO., dated the 29th May, 2019 and No.556/GO., dated the 29th May,
2019, has been pleased to allocate the business of different Departments / Branches of
