NOTIFICATION

The 10th June, 2019

S.R.O. No.194/2019— Whereas it has been intimated by the Administrator, Sarat

SCS Ltd. vide his Letter No. 59 Dt.24.12.2018 and the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative

Societies, Bhubaneswar Circle, Bhubaneswar vide his Letter No. 876 Dtd. 08.04.2019 to

this Commission as required under Section 32 (3) of OCS Act, 1962 and under

Rule 3(3)(a) of OCS (Elections to the Committees) Rules,1992 for constitution of a new

Committee of Sarat SCS Ltd., consequent upon supersession of the previous Committee

of the Society U/s. 32(1) of OCS Act,1962 by the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative

Societies, Khordha Division, Khordha Vide Order No.1319 Dt.13.12.2018.

Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered that a new Committee of SARAT SCS Ltd. shall

be constituted in accordance with the provisions of OCS Act and Rules.

Smt. Sonali Subhadarshani Mohanty, Inspector Of C.S., O/o. the ARCS,

Bhubaneswar Circle is hereby appointed as Election Officer of the said Society to conduct

the election of a new Committee, following the procedures laid down in the OCS Act, 1962

and OCS (Elections to the Committees) Rules, 1992 and orders/ Circulars/instructions

issued by the Commission from time to time fixing the Date of poll, if necessary, on

Dt. 25.08.2019. He is to take up the election of President and Vice-President there after by

following due procedure laid down in OCS (Elections to the Committees) Rules, 1992 and

relevant circulars and guidelines issued by this Commission from time to time suitably

fixing the date of poll, if necessary.
