NOTIFICATION

The 10th June, 2019

S.R.O. No.195/2019— Whereas, it has been intimated by the Administrator of Jai

Jhadeswara Co-operative Society Ltd.vide his Letter Dt.10.04.2019 and the Assistant

Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Cuttack City Circle, Cuttack vide his Letter No. 386

Dtd. 11.04.2019 to this Commission as required under Section 32 (3) of OCS Act, 1962

and under Rule 3(3)(a) of OCS (Elections to the Committees) Rules,1992 for constitution

of a new Committee of Jai Jhadeswara Co-operative Society Ltd., consequent upon

supersession of the previous Committee of the Society U/S 32(1) of OCS Act,1962 by the

Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Cuttack Division, Cuttack Vide Order No.242

Dt.13.02.2019.

Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered that a new Committee of Jai Jhadeswara

Co-operative Society Ltd. shall be constituted in accordance with the provisions of OCS

Act and Rules.

Shri Bichitrananda Pattanaik, SARCS, O/o the ARCS, Cuttack City Circle, Cuttack

is hereby appointed as Election Officer of the said Society to conduct the election of a new

Committee, following the procedures laid down in the OCS Act, 1962 and OCS (Elections

to the Committees) Rules, 1992 and orders/ Circulars/instructions issued by the

Commission from time to time fixing the Date of poll, if necessary, on Dt. 25.08.2019. He is

to take up the election of President and Vice-President there after by following due

procedure laid down in OCS (Elections to the Committees) Rules, 1992 and relevant

circulars and guidelines issued by this Commission from time to time suitably fixing the

date of poll, if necessary.
