NOTIFICATION

The 10th June, 2019

S.R.O. No.198/2019— Whereas it has been requested by the Assistant Registrar of

Co-operative Societies,(FY) Chilika Circle, Balugaon vide his Letter No. 802, Dt.

14.12.2018 and Letter No. 844, Dt. 31.12.2018 to this Commission to conduct the election

of

Biplabini

Primary

Fishermen

Co-operative

Society

Ltd.,

At-Jaguleipadar

(Jogamayasahi), P.O.- Kalapadar, Via- Kanas, Dist.- Puri (newly registered) in order to

constitute a new Committee as provided under Sec 28(1)(1-c) of OCS Act,1962.

Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered that a new Committee of Biplabini Primary

Fishermen Co-operative Society Ltd., shall be constituted in accordance with the

provisions of OCS Act & Rules.

Shri Satyanarayan Mishra, Additional Fisheries Officer, O/o the Principal, Fisheries

Training Institute, Balugaon is hereby appointed as Election Officer of the said Society to

conduct the election of a new Committee following the procedures laid down in the OCS

Act, 1962 & OCS (Elections to the Committees) Rules, 1992 and orders / circulars/

instructions issued by the Commission from time to time fixing the date of poll, if

necessary, on 25.08.2019. He is to take up the election of President and Vice-President

there after by following due procedure laid down in OCS (Elections to the Committees)

Rules, 1992 and relevant circulars and guidelines issued by this Commission from time to

time fixing the date of poll, if necessary.
