NOTIFICATION

The 10th June, 2019

S.R.O. No.203/2019— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3, sub-

section (1) of Section 9 read with Section l0 of the Odisha Civil Courts Act, 1984 (Odisha

Act 18 of 1984) and in consultation with the High Court of Orissa, the State Government

do hereby establish a Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Khandapara in addition to

the existing number of such Courts in the Judgeship of Nayagarh with effect from the date

the said Court functions with the local limits of jurisdiction co-extensive with the local limits

of jurisdiction of the Revenue Tahasils of Khandapara and Revenue Tahasils of Bhapur

and fix the place of sitting of the said Court at Khandapara.

All other Courts of Civil Judge (Senior Division) exercising jurisdiction over different

areas of the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Khandapara in the Judgeship of

Nayagarh shall cease to exercise jurisdiction over such areas from the date on which the

said Court is made functional.
