NOTIFICATION

The 18th June, 2019

S.R.O. No.206/2019-- Whereas, the Scheme for Regularisation of Unauthorised

Constructions, 2018 notified vide Housing & Urban Development Department Notification

No.15646, dated the 20th June, 2018 was extended for a further period of six months vide

the Housing & Urban Development Department Notification No.32086, dated the

19th December, 2018 and published in the Extraordinary issue of Odisha Gazette vide

No.2367, dated the 19th December, 2018.

Now, the State Government have been pleased to extend the period of filing

application under clause-4 of the said Scheme for another period of six months from the

date of this Notification.
