The 19th June, 2019

S.R.O. NO.207/2019-- In exercise of powers conferred under clause (a) of

sub-section (5) read with sub-section (8) of Section 3 of Odisha Development Authorities

Act, 1982 (Odisha Act of 14 of 1982) and in supersession of all previous orders, the State

Government do hereby appoint the Principal Secretary to Government, Housing & Urban

Development Department as the Chairman of Bhubaneswar Development Authority,

Bhubaneswar with immediate effect.
