NOTIFICATION

The 29th June, 2019

S.R.O. No.219/2019―In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) and

sub-section 5 (b) of Section 3 of the Odisha Development Authorities Act, 1982 (Odisha Act,

14 of 1982) the State Government do hereby appoint the Commissioner, Berhampur

Municipal Corporation as the Vice Chairman, Berhampur Development Authority, Berhampur

in addition to his own duties with effect from date of issue of this notification until further

orders.

All other notifications issued earlier in this respect are hereby superseded.
