NOTIFICATION
The 29th June, 2019
S.R.O. No.226/2019―In pursuance of Section 14 of the Scheduled Castes and
Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (33 of 1989), the State Government,
with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the Orissa High Court, do hereby make the
following amendment to the Notification of the Government of Odisha in the Home
Department No.46504, dated the 13th December, 2013, published in the Extraordinary issue
of the Odisha Gazette No.1153, dated the 4th August, 2015 which has been amended in the
Home Department Notification No.38150, dated the 13th November, 2015, published in the
Extraordinary issue of the Odisha Gazette No.1617, dated the 26th November, 2015 and
further amended in the Home Department Notification No.6763, dated the 12th February,
2019, published in the Extraordinary issue of the Odisha Gazette No.873, dated the
22nd May, 2019.
AMENDMENT
In the Schedule, after serial number 102, following serial numbers with the entries
under column (2) and (3) shall be inserted, namely:---
