NOTIFICATION

The 1st July, 2019

No. 3290-FE-I-23/2019/Ex.―In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

Section 5 of the Odisha Excise Act, 2008 (Odisha Act, 2010 of 2013), the State Government

do hereby appoint Shri Anjan Kumar Manik, IAS as Excise Commissioner, who shall be the

Chief Controlling Authority for administration of the Act in the State with effect from the date

he took over charge of the office.
