NOTIFICATION

The 3rd July, 2019

S.R.O. No.228/2019— Whereas it has been intimated by the Administrator,

Angarapada SCS Ltd. vide his letter dated 28.06.2014 and the Assistant Registrar of Co-

operative Societies, Bhubaneswar Circle, Bhubaneswar vide his Letter No. 879 Dtd.

08.04.2019 to this Commission as required under Section 32 (3) of OCS Act, 1962 and

under Rule 3(3)(a) of OCS (Elections to the Committees) Rules,1992 for constitution of a

new Committee of Angarpada SCS Ltd., consequent upon supersession of the previous

Committee of the Society U/S 32(1) of OCS Act,1962 by the Deputy Registrar of Co-

operative Societies, Khordha Division, Khordha Vide Order No.1271 Dt.03.12.2018.

Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered that a new Committee of Angarpada SCS Ltd.

shall be constituted in accordance with the provisions of OCS Act and Rules.

Shri Sanjay Kumar Kanhar, Inspector of C.S., O/o. the ARCS, Bhubaneswar Circle

is hereby appointed as Election Officer of the said Society to conduct the election of a new

Committee, following the procedures laid down in the OCS Act, 1962 and OCS (Elections

to the Committees) Rules, 1992 and orders/ Circulars/instructions issued by the

Commission from time to time fixing the Date of poll, if necessary, on Dt. 15.09.2019. He is

to take up the election of President and Vice-President there after by following due

procedure laid down in OCS (Elections to the Committees) Rules, 1992 and relevant

circulars and guidelines issued by this Commission from time to time suitably fixing the

date of poll, if necessary.
