NOTIFICATION

The 8th July, 2019

No. 11783-HUD-UT-SCH-0009/2016/HUD.―In partial modification to this Department

Notification No.1919/HUD., dated the 19th January, 2018 read with Corrigendum

No.7387/HUD., dated the 19th March, 2018 and subsequent Notification No. 9964/HUD.,

dated the 23rd April, 2018, Government after careful consideration have been pleased to

notify the following:―

1. Reconstitution of the Board of Directors of Capital Region Urban Transport

(CRUT):―

(i)

The post of Vice-Chairman, Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) is

delinked from the post of Managing Director, CRUT. However Vice-Chairman,

BDA shall continue as a Director in the Board of Directors of Capital Region

Urban Transport.

(ii)

The Inspector General (IG) of Police, C.I.D., Crime Branch, Odisha shall be

inducted as a Director in the Board of Directors of CRUT.

2. Shri Arun Kumar Bothra, I.P.S., I.G. of Police, C.I.D., Crime Branch, Odisha is hereby

appointed as Managing Director of CRUT in addition to his current assignment.

3. The notification shall come in to force with immediate effect.
