NOTIFICATION

The 8th July, 2019

S.R.O. No.256/2019― In exercise of powers conferred under Section 33 of the

Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1958 and in addition to delegation of powers made to

various officers earlier through different notifications, the State Government do hereby

delegate the powers of Board of Revenue to the officers mentioned in the column (2) of the

table below to perform duties under Sections 6-D, 15, 25 of the said Act and Rules made

thereunder in respect of such areas as noted against each in column (3) respectively,

thereof.
