NOTIFICATION

The 11th July, 2019

S.R.O.No.236/2019―Whereas, the Sub-Collector, Patnagarh was appointed as

Administrator of Patnagarh N.A.C. vide this Department Notification No. 30810/HUD., dated

the 3rd December, 2018 to exercise the powers and perform the functions of Patnagarh

N.A.C. during the interval between the expiry of the term of the office of the Councillors till

date of the first meeting of the newly elected Councillors;

And, whereas, the District Magistrate & Collector, Balangir vide Letter No. 658, dated

the 26th June, 2019 has intimated that the Sub-Collector, Patnagarh in-charge of

Administrator, Patnagarh N.A.C. is on long leave and for which the day-to-day work of

Patnagarh N.A.C. is hampered lot.

Now, in supersession to this Department Notifications No. 30810/HUD., dated the 3rd

December, 2018 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of Section 401

of the Odisha Municipal Act, 1950 (Odisha Act 23 of 1950) the State Government do hereby

appoint the Sub-Collector, Balangir as the Administrator, to exercise the powers and

discharge the duties of the Patnagarh N.A.C. in addition to his own duty until further orders.
