NOTIFICATION

The 17th July, 2019

No.19720-GAD-CA3-MISC-0001/2018/CA.―In exercise of the powers conferred by

Section 3 of Odisha Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1972 (Odisha

Act. 7 of 1972) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of Odisha in the

General Administration Department No.34900/CA., dated the 30th November, 2018, the State

Government do hereby appoint Shri Srikanta Tarai, O.A.S. (S), at present Additional District

Magistrate (Rev.), Cuttack to be the Estate Officer for the purpose of the said Act to exercise

the powers conferred and to perform the duties imposed upon Estate Officer under the said

Act in respect of the premises comprised within the limits of Cuttack Municipal Corporation

and Choudwar Municipality other than those under the administrative control of the General

Administration & Public Grievance Department.
