No.24270-FIN-OFS2-CADRE-0024/2018/F.―The following Odisha Finance Service

(Superior Administrative Grade) Officers are hereby promoted to O.F.S. (Special Secretary

Grade) in the Scale of Pay of Rs1,35,100/- to 2,16,800/ in the Level-17 in Pay Matrix under

O.R.S.P. Rules,2017 on ad hoc basis for a period not exceeding one year or till their

retirement or till their promotion is made regular in consultation with Odisha Public Service

Commission, Cuttack whichever is earlier.

On such promotion to O.F.S. (Special Secretary Grade), they are posted against the

posts mentioned in the table below.
