S.RO.No.245/2019― In exercise of powers conferred under clause (a) of sub-

section (5) read with sub-section (8) of Section 3 of Odisha Development Authorities

Act, 1982 (Odisha Act of 14 of 1982) and in supersession of all previous orders, the State

Government do hereby appoint Dr. Krishan Kumar, IAS, Commissioner-cum-Secretary to

Government, Works Department as the Chairman of Puri Konark Development Authority, Puri

with immediate effect until further orders in addition to his own duties.
