NOTIFICATION

The 19th July, 2019

S.R.O. No.241/2019— Whereas the election of the Sarat SCS Ltd. was fixed to

dt.25.08.2019 vide this Commission Notification No.408 dt.10.06.2019.

Whereas it has been brought to the notice of the Commission by the Election

Officer of Sarat SCS Ltd. that in the last cyclone “Fani” essential registers in connection

with preparation of Preliminary Voter list have been damaged and that the Chief

Executive of the Society would take some time for construction of the registers.

Since, the process of election can not progress without the Voter List, the election

of the said Society, as notified earlier is postponed till issue of fresh notification after the

omissions are complied with by the Chief Executive of the Society.
