No.12636-HUD-PROJ-SCH-0002/2016/HUD.―In continuation to this Department

Notification No. 4741/HUD., dated the 23rd February, 2016, Government of Odisha, after

careful consideration, have been pleased to reconstitute the Board of Directors of

Bhubaneswar Smart City Limited (BSCL) with the following composition:―

Accordingly, this Department Notification No. 7839/HUD., dated the 26th March, 2016

and No. 27328/HUD., dated the 23rd November, 2017 stand modified with issue of this

Notification.

2. Further, in accordance to clause No. 2 (a) (ix) of this Department Notification

No.4741/HUD., dated the 23rd February, 2016, the Government of Odisha have been

pleased to appoint/ extend the tenure of the following persons as Independent Directors in

the Board of Directors of Bhubaneswar Smart City Limited (BSCL).

(i)

CA Siva Prasad Padhi

Appointed for a period of three years

(ii)

Shri Sarat Kumar Acharya

Appointed for a period of three years

(iii) Shri Aamer Azeemi

Extended for another tenure of three

years

(iv)

Shri Bhavin Sheth

Extended for another tenure of three

years

(v)

Prof. Dr. (Ms.) Padmaja Mishra

Till the tenure notified in this Department

Notification No. 27587/HUD., dated the

25th November, 2017

This Department Notification No. 16388/HUD., dated the 5th July, 2016 stands

modified accordingly.

3. The Notification shall come into force with effect from the date of issue.
