NOTIFICATION

The 30th July, 2019

S.R.O. No. 264/2019― In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 78 read with

Section 79 of the Registration Act, 1908 (16 of 1908), the State Government do hereby

direct that the following amendment shall be made in the notification of the Government of

Odisha in the erstwhile Revenue Department No. 5051, dated the 30th January, 2001,

namely :—

AMENDMENT

In the said notification under the heading “Exemption under the fee-table”, after

item (115), the following item shall be added, namely:—

“(116)

Exchange deeds of Government land to be executed in favour of

Shri Bibhuti Bhusan Patnaik and others measuring Ac. 1.188 dec.

out of Plot No. 3469, Khata No. 3714 of Mouza- Dhenkanal”.
