No. 5623-IV(A)SM-77/2016(Pt.)/SM.―In exercise of the powers conferred by

rule 10B of the Odisha Minerals (Prevention of Theft, Smuggling and Illegal Mining and

Regulation of Possession, Storage, Trading and Transportation) Rules, 2007, the

Government have been pleased to order that in relaxation of the provisions of sub rules (3)

and (8) of rule 10 of the said rules, permits for transport by rail shall be issued for a period not

exceeding two months from the date of issue of the permit.
