No. 5627-II(Misc)SM-18/2018/SM.― In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 10B

of the Odisha Minerals (Prevention of Theft, Smuggling and Illegal Mining and Regulation of

Possession, Storage, Trading and Transportation) Rules, 2007, the Government have been

pleased to order that in relaxation of the provisions of rule 3, no trading license shall be

required for procurement and transportation of graphite Concentrate for use or consumption

by any person.
