NOTIFICATION

The 8th August, 2019

No.19931‒HFW-SCH-MED-0002/2018/H.―In order to provide affordable & quality

health care and keeping in view the health care needs of the general public, Government

have been pleased to approve the proposal for establishment of Talapadar Primary Health

Center (New) at Talapadar village under Bijepur Block in Bargarh District.

The newly created Talapadar Primary Health Centre (N) will function after construction

of building and provisioning of other allied infrastructure facilities, including manpower etc.

ORDER

Ordered that the Notification be published in an Extraordinary issue of the Odisha

Gazette.
