No. 27767‒FIN-OFS2-CADRE-0024/2019/F.―Shri Bikram Ekka, O.F.S. (SAG),

Additional Commissioner , CT & GST (Appeal), North Zone, Sambalpur is hereby promoted to

Odisha Finance Service (Special Secretary Grade) in the Scale of Pay of Rs. 1,35,100 to

2,16,800/- in the Level 17 in Pay Matrix under ORSP Rules, 2017 on ad hoc basis for a period

not exceeding one year or till his retirement or till his promotion is made regular in

consultation with Odisha Public Service Commission, Cuttack whichever is earlier.

On promotion to O.F.S. (Special Secretary Grade), Shri Ekka is posted as Special

Commissioner, O/o. Commissioner, CT & GST, Cuttack and deployed to work as Additional

Commissioner, CT & GST(Appeal), North Zone, Sambalpur.
