S.R.O. No.293/2019―In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) and
sub- section (5) of Section 3 of the Odisha Development Authorities Act, 1982 (Odisha Act 14
of 1982) and the Odisha Development Authorities (Amendment) Act, 2015 and in
supersession of Housing & Urban Development Department Notification No.4784, dated the
14th February, 1997 the Government have been pleased to reconstitute the Puri-Konark-
Development Authority with the following members namely:―
1.
Chairman

appointed
by
the
State
Government.
2.
Vice Chairman

an officer of the Central or State
Government to be appointed by the
State Government.
3.
Engineer-Member
8
to be appointed by the State
Government.
4.
Finance & Accounts Member
8
to be appointed by the State
Government.
5.
Town & Regional Planning Member
8
to be appointed by the State
Government.
6.
Environment Member
8
to be appointed by the State
Government.
