NOTIFICATION

S.R.O. No.295/2019― In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 78-A of the

Registration Act, 1908 (16 of 1908) as amended by Odisha Act 8 of 2002 in its application to

the State of Odisha and in supersession of the notification of the Government of Odisha in the

erstwhile Revenue Department No. 44875, dated the 16th June, 1979, the State

Government, having been of the opinion that the instruments as specified in column (1) of the

Schedule below involves donation of the property for public charitable purpose, do hereby

remit the registration fee to the extent specified in column (2) thereof in respect of the said

instrument.
