S.R.O. No.296/2019―In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-

section (1) of Section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and in supersession of the

Order of the Government of Odisha in the erstwhile Revenue Department No. 44881, dated

the 16th June, 1979, the State Government do hereby remit the stamp duty in respect of

instrument as specified in column (1) of the Schedule below to the extent specified in

column (2) thereof.
